HPCSA off-site registrations will run from 22 November till 24 December 2021 with designated teams visiting each province. These events are aimed at ensuring those working as interns and community service practitioners are duly registered prior to the commencement of their term from 1 January 2022.
Please note that the HPCSA Pretoria offices remain closed for walk-in clients.
The national off-site registrations to be conducted will offer the following services:
Practitioners not wishing to utilise the off-site registration platform will be allowed to submit their applications through the online portal.
A compliant application will be registered for the period ending 30 June 2022.
Practitioners registered through the portal will be required to submit their original application form to the HPCSA, Pretoria, to remove the end date and print registration packs.
To avoid confusion, practitioners who have already completed their registrations online cannot resubmit their application with the HPCSA off-site team.
Practitioners may download their proof of registration from the online portal.
The turn-around time for a compliant application is an average of 15 working days – this turnaround time is not the same as for applicants processed off-site as there are fewer staff attending to portal applications while team members work off-site.
