How to Fix a Blank HPCSA Practice Card

Practitioners whose HPCSA practicing cards display as blank after downloading them from the self-service portal, can apply the following steps to correct the matter:

Go to the HPCSA website at hpcsa.co.za, click FOR THE PRACTITIONERS tab

 

Select ONLINE SERVICES

 

Login by clicking on LOGIN OR SIGN UP

 

Click ACCOUNT OVERVIEW then click DOWNLOAD CARD

If your downloaded practicing card is blank, form the ACCOUNT OVERVIEW page, click on UPDATE YOUR ACCOUNT SETTINGS

 

Scroll down to DISPLAY NAME and type in your name and surname, then SAVE CHANGES.

 

If your name is not correctly displayed, visit UPDATE YOUR ACCOUNT SETTINGS, enter your correct name and surname and click SAVE CHANGES. Scroll back up and click ACCOUNT OVERVIEW where the DOWNLOAD THE CARD option will be available.

To download your certificate, choose ACCOUNT OVERVIEW and select the DOWNLOAD CERTIFICATE option.
