The beta version is being released for a limited period to gather feedback and testing before transitioning to the fully optimised platform. During this phase, some responses may not always be completely accurate. The feedback will help us refine the system for greater accuracy, efficiency, and a better user experience. This is an important step in our digital journey to make information more accessible and improve communication with practitioners and the public.
As part of our commitment to smarter service delivery, the HPCSA Chatbot is now live on our website. Powered by artificial intelligence and natural language processing, this tool simulates real-time conversations to provide instant support and guidance.
