We are encouraging all practitioners to use the online portal as it has the capability to generate a Practicing Card upon payment. Visit www.hpcsa.co.za choosing the ‘Online Renewal’ tab to make annual fee payments online.

Please note that we do not accept cash at our offices. For your convenience, we have three easy payment options:

- Debit order – Kindly complete the debit order form available on www.hpcsa.co.za. Click on ‘Fees’ in the left sidebar and select ‘Banking details’ from the drop-down menu. Download the debit order form from this page.
- Credit card – Please consult our website, www.hpcsa.co.za, for more information and the credit card authorisation form.
- Please use your seven-digit registration number and correct Register (e.g. DT 0000000) as the reference.
- Please note that payments into the HPCSA account will take two to three working days to reflect if done electronically and 24 working hours if made by direct transfer.
- Proof of payment can be e-mailled to finance@hpcsa.co.za or faxed to 012 338 9395.
- Please take note of the above, especially if you intend visiting our offices to register.
Please note: Without your correct registration number as reference, the HPCSA cannot allocate the payment to your name, which may lead to the suspension of your name from the Register.
