Streamlined HPCSA registration process

The HPCSA focused on the process of registration as part of our re-engineering initiatives aimed at improving efficiencies and customer experience.

Since December 2017 the processing of walk-in applications have been replaced by an outbound system whereby practitioners receive registration packs by registered post or courier.

Practitioners are encouraged to update their contact details including postal and courier addresses to ensure registration packs reach the practitioner.

We are working towards a point where practitioners can only drop their application at designated points in the few provinces where HPCSA has a presence through the Inspectorate Office.

We request practitioners to bear with us as we streamline the process. We will update practitioners of the progress via SMS and email. The SMS update functionality will be in place by mid-February 2018.
