The HPCSA’s online portal is now fully operational allowing practitioners direct access to functions previously handled manually. This means that practitioners can henceforth utilise the HPCSA website for all registration requests, annual fee payments, CPD (uploading of CEU certificates and queries) and many more functionalities.
The move to online services forms part of the Business Re-engineering Project that Council embarked on to ensure that HPCSA becomes an effective and efficient.
As part of the transition to online services the following HPCSA email addresses will no longer be operational from Tuesday, 1 June 2021:
- Registrationgroup@hpcsa.co.za
- Records@hpcsa.co.za
- Suspensions@hpcsa.co.za
- Finance@hpcsa.co.za
- Payment@hpcsa.co.za
Communication to the email addresses below will be restricted as follows:
- info@hpcsa.co.za will no longer be utilised for the submission of CPD queries, registration applications, proof of payments, contact detail changes, restoration, and all finance related queries.
- servicedelivery@hpcsa.co.za will only handle complaints on service related matters.
