The Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA) has become aware that some practitioners are still attempting to contact it using the discontinued email address info@hpcsa.co.za, resulting in unsuccessful correspondence and avoidable service delays.
This confusion may have arisen because certain official forms still display the outdated email address. The HPCSA is in the process of updating all affected forms to ensure that only current contact information appears on official documents.
With immediate effect, practitioners are requested to discontinue using the outdated email address. To ensure that requests are received and processed efficiently, practitioners are encouraged to submit all service requests through the HPCSA’s secure self-service Online Portal, which provides a faster, more reliable and convenient channel for accessing services.
