Closure of HPCSA info email address

The HPCSA’s online portal is operational, this allows for practitioners to perform their own requirements of functions that were previously conducted manually. As part of the Business Re-engineering Project, Council had to move to online services to ensure that HPCSA becomes an effective and efficient regulatory body.

As part of the transition, various HPCSA email addresses have already been closed to encourage practitioners to utilise the online platform. Furthermore, the HPCSA email address info@hpcsa.co.za will also no longer be operational from Monday, 27 June 2022.

Some registered practitioners are already enjoying interaction with the online platform, for various services, such as renewal of annual registrations, submission of registration applications, making online payment transactions, and uploading of CPD certificates. The online platform provides a complete self-service mechanism of interaction to always ensure improved communication with Council.

Members of the public will still be able reach the HPCSA through the Call Centre on 012 338 9300/1.

Communication to the email addresses below will be restricted to servicedelivery@hpcsa.co.za who will only handle complaints on service-related matters.
