The Conference seeks to bring together delegates across all health sectors to affirm the HPCSA’s commitment to best practice in health regulation and to engage stakeholders across the regulatory field.
STEP 01: Register an account
Click on REGISTER upon arriving at the landing page of the abstract submission portal. If you already have an existing account you may proceed directly to LOGIN.
The same account is used for abstract submissions and delegate registration
STEP 02: Login
Click the LOGIN link and login using your email address and password. After logging the first time, you will be taken to your abstracts dashboard where you can create your abstract and save as a draft and/or submit your abstract.
STEP 03: Submitting your abstract
Instructions are included on the abstract dashboard. Simply follow them step by step. Authors must indicate which of the three sub-themes their abstract relates to.
You will be able to save and return to work on your abstract in a draft state until you click submit. Once submitted the abstract can no longer be edited.
